Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders to Greece are delivered within 7–15 business days. For EU countries, delivery takes 10–20 business days. International orders may take 15–30 business days depending on the destination.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum order required.
How can I track my order?

Can I cancel or modify my order?

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us at support@shopitiz.com with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We will resolve the issue immediately.
